Senior Officer, Student Support

Job Description

The shortlisted candidate will work with the Manager and Executive of Student Support primarily to develop and  design collaterals for both print and digital media platforms to support department activities/ processes, organise university wide events and activities to promote student engagement. You will be required to assist in handling student enquiries and other administrative matters from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder with minimum 3 years of working experience or Degree holder with 1-2 years of working experience
  • Knowledge of design software such as Abobe photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
  • Experience in Call Centre/ Customer service will be an advantage
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
  • Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion and integrity
  • Able to multi-task and possess project management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
