What You Will Be Doing
Interested candidates must be available and prepared to commit to the entire project period, from July 2026 to 31 December 2026.
The successful candidate is expected to:
Social Media
- Manage SHBS social media accounts (e.g., Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Develop, curate, and publish engaging content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including short videos, stories, reels, images that highlight our school’s programmes
- Set up and coordinate interviews with SHBS faculty, students, associates, alumni, interest groups to create short and engaging videos for Instagram
- Assist with live coverage during school/university events (e.g. orientation, open house, convocation, research showcases).
- Increase the number of followers for SHBS social media pages through active engagement at events
- Support content calendar planning and ensure timely posting of content (minimally 3 content posts a week)
- Startup SHBS LinkedIn page
- Ensure adherence to university brand guidelines in all visuals and messaging.
- Knowledge of using video editing tools to create short videos, and design tools such as Canva is required
Events Support
- Support school wide events by providing on-site operational support (e.g. departmental events, orientation, open house)
- Support with logistics & operations for school events
- Record and file event photos, attendance data, feedback reports, recommendations for improvement for sharing with the department
