The Talent Acquisition team within our Human Resources department plays an integral role in attracting talents who are best-fit to Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
To be successful in this role, you should be able to implement end-to-end hiring processes and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Ultimately, you play a crucial role in the Department’s overall effort in building a strong employer brand for SUSS.
Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs as well as selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through existing channels as well as propose new and untapped channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Be the Go-To person in implementing end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers the interview and selection procedures, including assessments and face-to-face or online interviews
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders in creating reports with data and analytics
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
