Technical Executive, Centre for Experiential Learning (1 year contract)

Short Description

The Executive functions as part of the team in Centre for Experiential Learning that drives and supports the activities of its programmes, courses and events.

Job Description

  • Provide system support i.e. SIMS 2.0, InPlace, Certificate Management System etc
  • Provide technical support at workshops, talks and events
  • Manage technical support in communication, marketing and publicity matters of CEL i.e. managing CEL Webpage on SUSS Website, MySUSS Intranet and CEL Event Calendar
  • Assist with MOE data and reports; and statistics and surveys reports
  • Assist with any other tasks and duties assigned by the Director and his/her Supervisor
  • Participate in University-wide events and activities
  • Attend training and development courses relevant to work and/or personal development

Job Requirements

Academic Education

  • At least a Diploma

Training and Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience, experience in the use of e-learning and multimedia technology would be of great advantage.
  • Is able to work independently, meticulous, work under pressure. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills; and a high level of integrity
  • Strong coordination, administrative and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional applications
