We are hiring a temp admin staff to support Social Work Practicum Administration in NSHD.
Job Description
The responsibilities will focus largely on the following:

Field Supervisor Document Checks

Follow up on missing google form registration & quiz submission

Collate & follow up on missing documents (CV, Certificates, Transcript)

Assist in registering FS into system & uploading of documents
-
Prepare 3 party contract info for OAM contract creation
-
Email & follow up on the signed copy
-

Student Document Checks
-
Collate & follow up on missing documents (CV, Student Declaration Form, Confidentiality Form)
-
Checking of students’ forms for signature & declaration
-
Compile students’ declarations
-
Checking of students’ assignment submission in CANVAS learning management system
-
Follow up with students on any incomplete or missing assignments
-

Organisation Information Checks
-
To update current “Organisation Contact List” with the latest contact person info
-
Compilation of FAQs
-
-
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma holder
Commitment Period: 2 May 24 to 27 Dec 24, 3 Days/Week
