Temp Admin (SWK practicum) - NSHD

We are hiring a temp admin staff to support Social Work Practicum Administration in NSHD. 
 

Job Description

The responsibilities will focus largely on the following: 
 

  1. Field Supervisor Document Checks

    1. Follow up on missing google form registration & quiz submission

    2. Collate & follow up on missing documents (CV, Certificates, Transcript)

    3. Assist in registering FS into system & uploading of documents

    4. Prepare 3 party contract info for OAM contract creation

    5. Email & follow up on the signed copy
       

  2. Student Document Checks

    1. Collate & follow up on missing documents (CV, Student Declaration Form, Confidentiality Form)

    2. Checking of students’ forms for signature & declaration

    3. Compile students’ declarations

    4. Checking of students’ assignment submission in CANVAS learning management system

    5. Follow up with students on any incomplete or missing assignments
       

  3. Organisation Information Checks

    1. To update current “Organisation Contact List” with the latest contact person info

    2. Compilation of FAQs
       

  4. Other ad-hoc duties assigned
     

Job Requirements

  • Minimum diploma holder
