Temp Admin - Human Resources

Job Description
You will support the full spectrum of HR operations and onboarding administrative activities within Talent Acquisition (TA) Department. You will work closely with the team to provide a range of HR administrative support including liaising with staffing agencies, coordinate interviews, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, SWATS, and casual temporary staffs.
  • Liaison with agency for casual temporary staff hiring and placement including the processing of invoices for payment
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process, 
  • Facilitate the onboarding, contract extension and offboarding process
  • Support other HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports, checking invoices and submitting documentation for Finance processing
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as required

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and well-organised
  • Ability to multitask and work within deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Powerpoint and MS Office collaboration platform like Teams

 

Commitment Period: 3 months
