Job Description
The appointee will report to the Team Lead of Business Development and Consultancy, supporting in the following areas of work:
1) Provide sales support and administration, including but not limited to the following areas:
- Perform simple cold calling activities.
- Attend to basic enquiry emails and/or calls to clarify on requests.
- Arrange meetings between clients, internal staff, and assigned consultants.
- Prepare non-disclosure agreements, letter of engagements, and letter of grants for projects.
- Liaise to obtain relevant supporting documents, billing information and completeness of signed documents from clients prior to project runs.
- Desktop research to client profile and/or the business.
- Collate and update client and project information for data currency.
- Assist in the cleaning of internal contact databases.
- Assist in drafting presentation decks.
2) Provide operational and logistical support for IAL events and any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma
- Minimum one year of administrative experience
- Skillsets: Communication, Basic IT, Strong Customer Service, Account Servicing
