Temp Admin - Office of the President
Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to provide administrative support to our team. This temporary position requires working 2 days per week from Jul to Dec 2024 and the duties will include administrative support, payment processing, logistics coordination, and event support (as needed).
Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Monitor contract and subscription renewal

Procurement of office supplies

Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).

Collection of mails.

Payment Processing:
-
Raising Purchase orders, process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.

Logistics Coordination:
-
Manage office supplies and equipment.
-
Coordinate deliveries.
-
Assist with vendor communication (as needed).

Event Support (as needed):
-
Assist with event support and logistics.
-
Manage RSVPs and attendee registration.
-
Provide on-site support during events (set-up, check-in, etc.).

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
-
Flexible work arrangement.
Commitment Period: Immediate to 31 December 2024, 2 Days/Week
