Temp Admin - Office of the President

Summary:

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to provide administrative support to our team. This temporary position requires working 2 days per week from Jul to Dec 2024 and the duties will include administrative support, payment processing, logistics coordination, and event support (as needed).
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:

    • Monitor contract and subscription renewal

    • Procurement of office supplies

    • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).

    • Collection of mails.

  • Payment Processing:

    • Raising Purchase orders, process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.

  • Logistics Coordination:

    • Manage office supplies and equipment.

    • Coordinate deliveries.

    • Assist with vendor communication (as needed).

  • Event Support (as needed):

    • Assist with event support and logistics.

    • Manage RSVPs and attendee registration.

    • Provide on-site support during events (set-up, check-in, etc.).
       

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

  • Flexible work arrangement.
     

Commitment Period: Immediate to 31 December 2024, 2 Days/Week
