Temp Administrative Assistant - School of Science and Technology

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support for the academic degree program, including managing schedules, organising events, and coordinating communications.

- Assist in maintaining student records and ensuring accurate documentation of academic processes.

- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and industry partners to facilitate smooth operations.

- Help with the preparation of course materials and course evaluation processes.

- Support the team in managing day-to-day activities, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

- Follow-up on emails and inquiries proactively, ensuring a responsive and supportive environment for all stakeholders.

 

Job Requirements:

- Degree or equivalent; relevant coursework or administration is a plus.

- Previous experience in an academic or administrative setting preferred but not required.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy in tasks.

- A willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

- Initiative to take on responsibilities without needing constant supervision.
