Job Description

1. Managing student/alumni data, including creation and updates (eg: Database in LinkedIn, lots of data entries and creating database)

2. Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines. May require to access student/alumni data as well.

3. Helping to develop reports from the excel spreadsheet

4. Proficient in IT matters

5. Provide assistance to the Department when needed (eg: helping to bring stocks from the store room, pack stocks for eShop)
