Temp Assistant Exam Admin Officer - Examination Admin 1

Job Responsibilities

 

Temp staff is required to:

  • Perform administrative tasks
  • be deployed to prepare sticker labels, Chief Invigilator folders, HoP contact list, stationery bags, answer booklets and assist to run the operations of the exams. 
  • Assist in other ad hoc duties assigned by the reporting Supervisor.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Possess qualification of O level and above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • 1st day (21 Oct) report at 8.30am, work till 5.30pm
  • Daily work schedule: 8.30am to 5.30pm on weekdays
  • Will be rostered to work till 7.30pm on certain weekdays during the exam period from 10 Nov to 21 Nov 2025 (Breaks will be provided)

 

Commitment Period: 21 Oct to 21 Nov 2025
