Temp Assistant Exam Admin Officer - Examination Admin 3
Job Responsibilities
Temp staff is required to:
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Assisting in facilitating the running of exams, attendance tracking, tracking of Chief Invigilators' reports, sorting of scripts, distribution of scripts and packing of past semester scripts for external storage.
- Assist in other ad hoc duties assigned by the reporting Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Possess qualification of O level and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 1st day (7 Nov) report at 10am, work till 5.30pm
- Daily work schedule: 8.30am to 5.30pm on weekdays
- Will be rostered to work till 7.30pm on certain weekdays during the exam period from 10 Nov to 21 Nov 2025 (Breaks will be provided)
- May be rostered to work till 1pm on certain Saturday
Commitment Period: 7 Nov to 2 Dec 2025
