Temp Data Management Assistant - Alumni Relations

Job Description:

  • To assist the team in Alumni Relations in the launching of the Alumni Community Platform
  • To collate content and graphics for uploading to the community platform
  • To coordinate among colleagues both internal department and across Schools and key departments in compiling their content, introducing creative designs and layout; upload compiled information to the community platform
     

Job Requirements

  • Must have a background in content management and uploading of content eg:via WordPress; SharePoint; Canva, Adobe; Training will also be provided for the new community platform
  • Must have initiatives to propose new ideas and ensure that the overall platform is attractive and compliant to our SUSS branding (look and feel)
  • A team player and an eye for details
  • Diploma and above with good communication skills
     

Commitment Period: Immediate to 31 December 2024
