Responsibilities:

  • Assist in website updates, operations and enhancements of SUSS website and staff portal – such as UX/UI, SEO, housekeeping and management of content and issues with respective content owners and vendors.

  • Aggregate, curate and publish new SUSS content ideas/content for our social channels – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, WeChat, YouTube.

  • Research and share digital marketing trends for insights into new platforms, tools and content strategies to drive audience engagement and conversion.

  • Support social listening or campaign analytics reporting to internal stakeholders.

  • Assist in operations and liaison work for SUSS campaigns (spanning brand, and digital scope).

  • Support the launch of the Brand Ambassador Programme (such as enrolment/engagement of ambassadors) and coordinate training.

  • Assist in event coverage/support (such as Open House, ministerial visits and Convocation) and other ad-hoc duties.
     

Requirements:

  • Good copyediting, writing and communications skills – craft, edit and proofread content well.

  • Able to liaise independently with internal and external stakeholders (such as students, faculty, staff, agencies).

  • Meticulous, proactive, fast and keen learner with strong follow-through skills and pays attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics/design tools (such as Sprout Social, Digimind, Canva and Photoshop) would be advantageous.

  • Diploma and above in areas such as Communications, Marketing, Business, and/or New Media.

 

Commitment Period: Immediate to 14 Aug 24, Able to commit for 6 months
