Temp English Language Instructor - Graduate Studies
The Temp English Language Instructor is required to perform the following tasks:
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting English Lessons:
- Deliver high-quality English language lessons for 2 hours per week over a 4-week period.
- Tailor lessons to meet the specific needs of non-native English speakers, focusing on improving their English language proficiency, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Preparation of Teaching Materials:
- Develop comprehensive teaching materials that are engaging, relevant, and aligned with the learning objectives.
- Incorporate a variety of resources such as multimedia, interactive exercises, and real-world scenarios to enhance learning outcomes.
- Coordination and Review:
- Ensure that all teaching materials meet the required academic standards before classes commence.
- Make necessary adjustments based on feedback to ensure the effectiveness of the lessons.
- Student Engagement and Support:
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them overcome language barriers and achieve their learning goals.
Job Requirements:

- Advanced knowledge of English language teaching methodologies, especially for non-native English speakers.
- Ability to understand and address the specific language learning challenges faced by non-native English speakers, be able to prepare lesson plans and teaching materials and deliver high-quality lessons within the given timeframe.
- Experience in incorporating various teaching aids and technologies into lessons.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
