Temp Event Support (Convocation) - Advancement
Summary
The temporary event support officer will help out with the SUSS Advancement's stewardship initiative during Convocation on 8 and 9 Oct 2024.
Job Responsibilities
The event support officer will assist with:

Ushering VIP guests

Identifying and directing the award winners and selected graduates to Advancement booth after ceremony.

Addressing guests' enquiries or forwarding them to relevant parties.

Related logistics and administrative matters at the Advancement booth where required.
Job Requirements:

Previous experience in event support is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Commitment Period:

7 October 2024 - Briefing

8 October 2024 - 8am to 8pm with a 2-hour break (lunch and dinner)

9 October 2024 - 9am to 9pm with a 2-hour break (lunch and dinner)
