Temp Event Support (Convocation) - Advancement

Summary

The temporary event support officer will help out with the SUSS Advancement's stewardship initiative during Convocation on 8 and 9 Oct 2024. 
 

Job Responsibilities

The event support officer will assist with:

  • Ushering VIP guests

  • Identifying and directing the award winners and selected graduates to Advancement booth after ceremony.  

  • Addressing guests' enquiries or forwarding them to relevant parties. 

  • Related logistics and administrative matters at the Advancement booth where required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event support is preferred.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
     

Commitment Period:

  • 7 October 2024 - Briefing

  • 8 October 2024 - 8am to 8pm with a 2-hour break (lunch and dinner)

  • 9 October 2024 - 9am to 9pm with a 2-hour break (lunch and dinner)
