Temp Graduate Admissions & Recruitment Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Processing

  • Review and verify application documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update applicant records in the admissions system.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks.

Communication & Enquiries

  • Respond to applicant inquiries via email, phone, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide guidance on application requirements, deadlines, and processes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the service counter for walk-in visitors.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in organising and executing outreach and recruitment events (e.g., webinars, open houses).
  • Prepare event materials and support logistics, including booth setup.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Compile and organize data for admissions and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.

General Administrative Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments for document flow and approvals.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned .

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree preferred; prior experience in admissions or higher education is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for handling inquiries, preparing reports, and interacting with visitors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM (i.e D365) or admissions systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
