Temp Graduate Admissions & Recruitment Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Admissions Processing
- Review and verify application documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain and update applicant records in the admissions system.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks.
Communication & Enquiries
- Respond to applicant inquiries via email, phone, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide guidance on application requirements, deadlines, and processes.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the service counter for walk-in visitors.
Recruitment Support
- Assist in organising and executing outreach and recruitment events (e.g., webinars, open houses).
- Prepare event materials and support logistics, including booth setup.
Data Management & Reporting
- Compile and organize data for admissions and recruitment reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
General Administrative Support
- Coordinate with internal departments for document flow and approvals.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned .
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree preferred; prior experience in admissions or higher education is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for handling inquiries, preparing reports, and interacting with visitors.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM (i.e D365) or admissions systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
