Temp Graduate Programme Digital Content Specialist - Graduate Studies

The Graduate Studies (GS) office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team as a Graduate Programme Digital Content Specialist. This part-time role will focus on implementing proposed improvements to the Graduate Studies Programme page, ensuring the updates are accurate, engaging, and aligned with the latest student expectations.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Content Updates: Revise and update programme page content to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and appealing to prospective and current students.

  • Design Enhancements: Modify layout and design elements to improve the user experience, accessibility, and overall aesthetic.

  • Technical Adjustments: Implement technical changes to ensure smooth page functionality across devices, including desktop and mobile.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the GS office team, incorporating feedback and ensuring all updates align with the strategic goals of the department.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in both content and design elements.

  • Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and basic web design principles.

  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work with a diverse team, incorporate feedback, and meet project goals.

  • Effective Communication Skills: Able to clearly communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to the GS team.
