Temp Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to be part of the Talent Acquisition Team which is supporting the success of our University’s Talent Acquisition initiatives. Responsibilities include sourcing, shortlisting of potential candidates, scheduling of interviews and coordinating various recruitment matter.


 Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the company’s ambassador to promote employer branding
  • Sourcing of qualified candidates using the different recruitment channels
  • Collaborate with internal Talent Acquisition on interview arrangements
  • Engage and schedule candidates for recruitment tests/ interviews
  • Communicate and work closely with different hiring managers to improve recruitment efficiency


Job Requirements:

  • Admin work experience
  • Undergrad/ Polytechnic students on team break welcome
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
