Temp Staff, Marketing and Event Support
Marketing Support
- Set up and maintain a centralised repository to track historical and current media spend across campaigns, platforms, and years
- Ensure data is structured, clearly labelled, and easy for team members to retrieve when management requests information
- Regularly update the repository with new data from agencies, vendors, or internal teams
- Organise and clean datasets (e.g. media spend, campaign performance, timelines)
- Standardise file naming, formats, and basic documentation for consistency
- Flag data gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information to the marketing team
Event Support
- Responding to emails sent to the events role-based in a timely fashion
- Collate and update event calendar
- Support event preparation and actual day execution
Requirements:
- General diploma/degree. Communications and Marketing experience a bonus but not required.
- Strong administrative experience with the ability to communicate clearly via emails to internal stakeholders.
- Some experience in events preferred but not a requirement

Expected working period: 6 months, on average of 3 days per week
