Hotline Support
- Answer incoming hotline calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen to callers’ enquiries, concerns, or requests and obtain relevant information.
- Record caller details and case information accurately in the designated system or log sheet.
- Escalate urgent or complex matters to the appropriate staff member.
Administrative Support
- Support other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisors.
