Temp Staff - Admin (Practicum)

Responsibilities:

To support the practicum team in the following tasks:

  • Keying in of applications and maintain accurate records in database
  • Follow up with applicants and relevant parties on outstanding documents
  • Scan, upload and organize digital copies of physical documents
  • Shred and dispose of physical records, following data security guidelines
  • Other general administrative duties

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or GCE A-Level qualification preferred 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programmes (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Meticulous, organized, good communication skills.
  • Some working/internship experience preferred
