Temp Staff - Admin (Practicum)
Responsibilities:
To support the practicum team in the following tasks:
- Keying in of applications and maintain accurate records in database
- Follow up with applicants and relevant parties on outstanding documents
- Scan, upload and organize digital copies of physical documents
- Shred and dispose of physical records, following data security guidelines
- Other general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Diploma or GCE A-Level qualification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programmes (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Meticulous, organized, good communication skills.
- Some working/internship experience preferred
