Temp Staff Admin Executive

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to Campus IT Services department in all general and administrative matters.
  • Procurement of hardware, IT related consumables, software for departments.
  • Prepare, record and keep track of Purchase Orders, Delivery orders, invoices and license renewal.
  • Track expenditures and budget.
  • Organize and facilitate department activities/ Team building.
  • Perform uploading and maintenance of departmental information to the Intranet.
  • Assist in the scheduling of meetings and documentation of minutes with Schools/Admin/Vendors.
  • Record keeping of system documentations and maintenance of operations guide.
  • Monitor of annual license renewal for subscription-based applications.
  • Assist the Chief IT Officer in all other assigned duties.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and coordinating events.
  • Participate in university-wide events.

 

 Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree / Diploma Certification
  • IT Savvy / Competency
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Possess high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and multi-task at the same time.
  • Excellent in MS Excel and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
