Temp Staff - Global Learning

Job Description
•    Assist in planning and coordinating a Global Learning Symposium event, including making logistical arrangements and on-site support and execution.
•    Support administrative processes for Global Learning programmes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
•    Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support the Global Learning team in delivering its programmes and initiatives. 
 
Job Requirements
•    Proven experience in administrative roles, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
•    Meticulous attention to detail.
•    Prior experience in vendor management and event management
 
Commitment: From August 2025, onsite.
