Job Description
Administrative duties in support of Student Orientation and Teambuilding programme, which may include but not limited to:
- Assisting in administrative matters for the Office of Student Life such as data verification, reporting and communication with students
- IT support for the various platforms used for the Office of Student Life programmes
- Data entry and tracking, logistics management and general support required by the Office
Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma Holder/A Level and above

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Comfortable with handling data and data entry

Able to liaise independently with internal and external stakeholders (such as students, faculty, staff, agencies)

Team player who possess excellent interpersonal skills

Preferably with basic knowledge using html for website update
