Temp Staff - Research
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct comprehensive literature reviews, including systematic literature reviews, to inform research design and contextualize findings.
- Design and implement qualitative and quantitative data collection strategies aligned with research objectives.
- Develop, pilot, and refine data collection instruments such as interview protocols, surveys, and observation rubrics.
- Perform data processing, coding, and advanced analysis using appropriate qualitative and/or statistical methods.
- Manage research projects and datasets with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring data integrity and compliance with ethical standards.
- Contribute to the preparation of academic publications, grant proposals, and technical reports.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator and research team, and provide research support as needed to advance the project's goals.
Job Requirements
Essential:
- Possess a doctoral degree (e.g., EdD, PhD) or equivalent qualification in Education, Adult Learning, or a related field relevant to education research or practice
- Prior experience in research related to education and/or adult learning
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work flexibly, as part of a team, as well as independently with minimum supervision
