Temp Staff - SBIZ

Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistical support to the Programme Executive (PE) in various capacities, including:
    • Setting up and breaking down hybrid bilingual mode classes daily, monitoring and providing feedback on issues, including technical support.
    • Taking and tracking student attendance.
    • Managing catering logistics:
      • Coordinating two tea breaks and lunch daily.
      • Directing students to designated eating areas.
      • Ensuring timely beverage and food deliveries, and preparing utensils if needed.
      • Returning unconsumed food and unused utensils to the office as required.
    • Capturing photos for record-keeping, sending them to the PE (deleting upon task completion), posting and collecting PDPA announcements.
    • Assisting instructors, students, and interpreters with face-to-face group sessions and promptly communicating with the PE.
    • Handling ad-hoc requests from onsite students.
    • Disposing of waste and restoring the classroom to its original condition for evening sessions.
    • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required.

 

Qualification:

  • Poly or degree holders
  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred
