- To help answer CET emails and phone enquiries
- To record and support customer relations information for service improvement
- To scan and verify printed CET certificates for file records before issuance
- To sort and prepare CET certificates for students' collection
- To support logistics for workshops
Job Requirements
- Possess O level qualification and relevant administrative experience
