Temp Training Admin - TLC


Job Description:

To provide administrative and logistics support as part of the learning & development management team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure venues (face-to-face workshops) and coursesites (online workshops) are secured/ set-up at least a month before the workshop.
  • Liaise with workshop facilitators on workshop requirements, and prepare the necessary materials prior to the workshop.
  • Prepare invitation emails and workshop registration forms, and send to target audience.
  • Consolidate registration details, and send confirmation/ waitlist emails to participants.
  • Prepare catering for face-to-face workshops.
  • Prepare attendance lists for workshop facilitators.
  • Post-workshop: consolidate attendance reports, prepare feedback summary reports, and update relevant stakeholders.
  • Post-workshop: make payment to relevant stakeholders (e.g., workshop facilitators, catering company).
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager/ Director.


Job Requirements:

  • Meticulous and organised.
  • Possess high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and multi-task at the same time. 
  • Excellent in MS Excel and proficient other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
