Temp staff

Temporary Staff, Communications & Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Publicity Support 
    Manage and track campus publicity, i.e. upload digital ads, monitor event dates and schedule the prompt refresh of ads
  • Events Management 
    Support with pre-event preparation and actual day event, as required.
  • General Administrative Support 
    Provide support for various administrative tasks, including coordination with other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background 
    General diploma/degree. Communications and Marketing experience a bonus but not required.  
  • Skills & Experience
    • Strong administrative experience with the ability to communicate clearly via emails to internal stakeholders.
    • Some experience in events preferred but not a requirement.
  • Attributes

    • Meticulous and detail-oriented
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good time management  

Working arrangement: 3 days a week (8 hours a day)

Commitment Period: Jan – Dec 2025
