Temporary , Program Coordinator (Entrepreneurship)

Work closely with the Lead (Impact Ventures) to bring the SUSS Venture Builder Programme to life! In this role, you’ll help shape programmes that support aspiring founders and impact-driven startups. From planning to execution, marketing to events, you’ll play a key part in delivering meaningful learning experiences and building a vibrant entrepreneurship ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating, organising, connecting people, and being at the heart of startup action.

You’ll collaborate with a passionate programme team and work alongside entrepreneurs, mentors, partners, and ecosystem players to support venture-building activities focused on innovation, purpose, and real-world impact.

1. Programme Planning and Coordination: Support planning, scheduling, logistics coordination, and documentation for Venture Builder Programme activities.
2. Programme Execution and Operations: Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of programme sessions and milestones.
3. Marketing and Communications Support: Support programme marketing and communications through design and coordination of digital content, outreach, and participant communications.
4. Event Management and Hosting: Support end-to-end event management and on-site/virtual hosting for programme-related events and engagements.
5. Stakeholder and Ecosystem Engagement: Support coordination and communications with startups, mentors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
