Temporary Course Development Assistant

We are looking for a Temporary Course Development Assistant to support the development online course materials. The role works closely with the course development team to ensure content is developed according to guidelines and copyright requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating digital study guides and course content
• Support copyright checks and source suitable replacement images or materials where needed
• Help with basic quality checks, pilot testing, and link verification
• Track course materials and update development records
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education, Communications, Media) preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Organised, responsible, and able to follow structured processes
• Positive team player; prior e-learning or content experience is an advantage
