Temporary Facilities Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a Temporary Facilities Assistant to join the Infrastructure team. The primary responsibilities include:

Move Management :
- Provide support for office relocations
- Coordinate with stakeholders on relocation requests
- Manage stakeholders and vendors on setting up furniture and equipment.

General Support:
- Assist with inventory management, documentation, and tracking of assets.
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Infrastructure team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Good planning and coordination skills
- Strong situational awareness with the ability to work independently
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Visual communication and graphic design skills will be an added advantage
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension based on project needs
