Temporary Facilities Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a Temporary Facilities Assistant to join the Infrastructure team. The primary responsibilities include:

  1. Move Management :
    • Provide support for office relocations
    • Coordinate with stakeholders on relocation requests
    • Manage stakeholders and vendors on setting up furniture and equipment.
  2. General Support:
    • Assist with inventory management, documentation, and tracking of assets.
    • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Infrastructure team to ensure smooth operations.

 

Requirements:

  • Good planning and coordination skills
  • Strong situational awareness with the ability to work independently
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Visual communication and graphic design skills will be an added advantage

 

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension based on project needs

  • Working hours per day: 8 hours (excluding lunch)
  • Working time: 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Days required: 5 days (excluding PH and weekends)
  • Working location: Clementi
