Temporary Student Admission Assistant

Job Description:

 

We are seeking a Temporary Student Admission Assistant to support admissions operations. The primary responsibilities include:

 

Application Processing and Acceptance of Offer

  • Process application submissions, track application status and follow up with applicants on outstanding documentation.
  • Prepare and organise documentation required for the offer acceptance stage.
  • Follow up with offered applicants to confirm acceptance and support completion of acceptance requirements.

 

Subsidy Eligibility Administration

  • Follow up with applicants on subsidy-related declarations, clarify discrepancies and assist with updates where required.
  • Verify applicant information with relevant institutions, where applicable.

 

Certified True Copy (CTC) Document Management

  • Coordinate applicant notifications and reminders for submission of documents requiring certified true copies; verify submissions and upload documents to the designated repository.
  • Track documents pending certification and follow up on deferred certifications in accordance with stipulated timelines.

 

Email and Correspondence Management

  • Triage incoming emails, file correspondence appropriately and route enquiries to the relevant teams for follow-up.
  • Respond to general enquiries and provide accurate information within established service standards.

 

Additional Administrative Support

  • Receive and log hardcopy submissions and notify relevant personnel for follow-up.
  • Scan, file and dispose of documents from prior intakes in a secure and orderly manner.

 

Employment Terms

Contract Duration: 8-month contract

Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday
