About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative e-Course Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning, and online course development. The e-course Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing engaging and effective online courses for students. The e-course Developer will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other members of the e-learning team to create high-quality, interactive, and accessible online courses.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to develop course concepts, objectives, and learning outcomes.
  2. Design and develop engaging, interactive, and visually appealing online courses, using a variety of instructional technologies and multimedia tools.
  3. Create and edit course content, including text, images, audio, and video, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  4. Develop and implement assessment and evaluation strategies, including quizzes, tests, and other interactive activities, to measure learner progress and course effectiveness.
  5. Ensure that courses are accessible and compatible with a wide range of devices and browsers, and adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines.
  6. Manage and maintain course content, making updates and revisions as needed to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  7. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to test and troubleshoot courses, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all users.
  8. Provide support and training to instructors and other stakeholders on course content and technology.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in e-learning and instructional design.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in e-learning course development.
  2. Proficiency in multimedia design, including the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, other e-learning authoring tools, and Microsoft Office.
  3. Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  4. Experience with project management
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
